CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38(STA) Recognizing                                                                           
the State of Israel on the 60th anniversary of its founding, was read the                                                       
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
